You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all original images you upload to the Service.

By uploading images, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to temporarily store, process, and optimize the images solely to provide and improve our services to you. We do not sell or share your images with third parties.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not upload images that are illegal, fraudulent, harmful, defamatory, or violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. You agree not to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass any security features of our application.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Olea Media, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
